- How long do I have to make a return?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the order shipment date for a refund to the original form of payment, less the shipping charge. **Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. A separate box must be used to ship shoes with the original box inside. FANG & DONG COUTURE reserves the right to decline your return or assess a 15% re-stocking fee if these terms have not been followed.
- Can I return "Final Sale" items?
Any merchandise marked or specified as "Final Sale" may not be returned. Items discounted using promotion codes with a final sale disclaimer may not be returned. Earrings, cosmetics, swimwear, tights, gift certificates and event tickets are final sale merchandise and may not be returned.
- Do I have to pay the return shipping?
Please understand you would be responsible for all shipping fees incurred for non-quality returns.
- How long does it take to get a refund?
We will initiate a refund to your paypal account/credit card (or original method of payment) within 7 business days after order cancellation confirmed or we receive your returned package. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.
- Am I able to exchange my item(s)?
FDCOUTURE.com does not currently accept exchanges.
- Quality Problem?
Refer to product blemish such as holes or serious discolored and craze on the product. Quality problem does not include any size, color, and material aberration from the buyer's imagination since we have showed pictures and its description on each product's purchasing page.
- International Return Policy
Returns are accepted on full price merchandise that is shipped back within 15 days of its delivery date. In the case of a return, you will be refunded in U.S. dollars and your credit card company will exchange the currency. F&D Couture is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes and duties. For specific information regarding customs policies and fees please contact your local customs office. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Am I able to cancel my order?
We can cancel your order according to your request within 3 working days after we confirmed your order and payment. Please note we can't accept the exchange or canceling after your order has been shipped.
